Public Montessori school leaders face unique challenges. This Workshop connects leaders across schools and time zones in an online community of practice led by an experienced public Montessori facilitator. Meeting in small groups throughout the school year, this Workshop offers community, support, and real solutions tailored to schools' specific needs. Topics include: The Montessori Learning Environment Equity and Inclusion Leadership, Organizational Development, and Strategic Planning Hiring, Retention, Professional Development, and Evaluation Family Engagement and Education Developing and Sustaining a Healthy School Culture Partnerships with District and State Authorizers Accountability and Assessment Scheduling: This workshop meets twelve times throughout the school year at a time that works for the participants. Participants will receive a scheduling survey with their enrollment email to choose times and days that fit their schedules. Paying by invoice or check: We accept payment via most credit cards. To request an invoice, use this form. You will not be registered until your invoice is paid. Once your invoice has been paid, we will enter your registration and confirm via email. For questions about payment, contact Scheduling: After you've registered and paid for this Workshop, you'll receive an email confirming your enrollment. You will need to open the email, begin the course, and answer a few questions about your school and your available times to help us put together Workshop sections. Then, we'll let you know when we have you scheduled. If we can't find a time that works, we will refund your payment before the first meeting. About the facilitator Seth D. Webb has worked in public charter Montessori schools in Arizona, Colorado, and New Zealand as an elementary teacher, instructional leader, dean of students, and principal. Throughout his career, Seth has been active in the Montessori movement as a conference presenter, and lecturer and field consultant for Montessori training centers. He is Montessori credentialed (AMS 6-12, AMI 12-18), is a state licensed teacher and principal, and holds a MAEd from the Center for Contemporary Montessori Programs at St. Catherine University.
