This course is for school leaders and leadership teams ready to take their next steps in reimagining and sustaining anti-bias, anti-racist Montessori schools.
Participants will form a working group designed to challenge systems of oppression within our classrooms, our adult interactions, our broader school communities, and society at large. We will engage in deep self-reflection while designing action steps to empower children and their school communities to be authentic advocates and risk-taking allies.
